Our membership community welcomes students, artists, arts advocates, nonprofit organizations, schools, and businesses. You do not need to be an artist to join. Membership offers a meaningful way to connect with and support arts, culture, and creative expression throughout Stanislaus County.

We offer four annual membership levels:

• Student: $25 annually, for high school and college students.

• Individual: $50 annually, for artists, community members, and arts supporters.

• Nonprofit: $150 annually, for nonprofit organizations, schools, museums, performing arts groups, and community-based organizations.

• Business: $300 annually, for businesses investing in a vibrant creative community.

Membership helps strengthen SAC’s work to support artists, connect communities, advocate for the arts, and expand equitable access to cultural opportunities throughout Stanislaus County. Your participation contributes to a county where the arts are an essential part of everyday life.

Benefits vary by membership level and may include networking opportunities, access to educational programs, member recognition, event invitations, and opportunities for promotion or participation. Please review the membership descriptions above for the benefits included with your selected level.

Your annual membership begins when SAC receives your payment and remains active for 12 months.

SAC will send you a renewal invoice before your annual membership expires. We will not automatically charge your payment method. You choose whether to renew by paying the invoice for the next membership year.

No. A renewal invoice is an invitation to continue your membership, not an obligation to pay. If you choose not to renew, your membership and benefits will conclude at the end of your paid term. No cancellation fee applies.

Lifetime membership requires one payment, with no annual renewal invoices or recurring dues. Individual lifetime membership continues for the enrolled person’s lifetime, and organizational lifetime membership continues for the enrolled legal entity’s existence, in each case while SAC remains in operation and subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions.

Membership provides the benefits listed for your selected level. Opportunities involving applications, submissions, or participation remain subject to their respective requirements, deadlines, selection processes, and availability. Membership does not guarantee exhibition selection, grant funding, sales, or business referrals.

If your membership includes website recognition, a listing, or logo placement, contact info@stanislausarts.org to coordinate the information and materials needed. Please provide only materials you own or have permission to share. You may also contact us if you prefer to decline public recognition.

You may request cancellation at any time by contacting SAC. Unless you request earlier termination, your benefits remain available through the end of your paid term.

Paid dues are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for voluntary cancellation or unused benefits. Exceptions include those required by law, circumstances in which SAC cannot deliver a promised material benefit, or an exception approved by SAC in writing. Please review the Membership Terms and Conditions for complete details.

Any changes to annual dues will be disclosed before renewal and will apply only to the upcoming membership term. You can review the new rate before deciding whether to renew.
