At the Stanislaus Arts Council, we are proud to offer administrative services that support the success of artists, organizations, and community partners engaging in creative projects throughout Stanislaus County. Our goal is to ensure that local arts initiatives have access to the professional oversight, structure, and support they need to thrive.

Administrative & Project Support Services

Whether you're an individual artist, private client, public agency, or business, we offer administrative services to help bring your creative vision to life. These services include:

• Fiduciary Agent Services
  Acting as a fiscal sponsor for individual artists and organizations seeking to apply for grants or receive funds for creative projects. We manage funds responsibly, ensuring compliance and transparency throughout the life of the project.

• Project Management & Oversight
  We offer professional project administration including artist outreach and procurement, contract development and facilitation, timeline and deliverables management, and communication support between clients and creative teams.

• Commission Facilitation
  From private collections to public art installations, we assist with the process of identifying, selecting, and contracting with artists, ensuring both artistic integrity and logistical efficiency.

• Arts Consulting
  Need guidance navigating the arts landscape? We provide insight into best practices for arts programming, community engagement, and funding strategy.

Fee Structure

Our services are provided at a flat administrative rate based on the total project budget, separate from the artist’s payment:

• 15% to 20% administrative fee for projects with budgets $1,000 or more

• 25% administrative fee for projects with budgets under $1,000

These fees help us cover the time, resources, and professional expertise required to ensure each project is delivered successfully and with care by our staff.
