Calling all Artists for the 2026 Van Gogh Challenge: Spring in the Valley
Now in its third year, the Van Gogh Challenge has evolved into a beloved regional arts initiative that bridges the world of visual arts with the natural rhythms of agriculture in California’s Central Valley. Originally inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s Almond Blossom series, the project celebrates the unique fusion of agriculture and the arts in our region.
We are looking for original works that interpret the richness of springtime in the Central Valley—its colors, stories, landscapes, and agricultural heartbeat. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a hobbyist capturing the world on your phone, there is a place for your vision in this year’s challenge.
