Artist Participation form for the Modesto Art Walk

Thank you for your interest in participating in 2026 season of the Modesto Art Walk!

Please take a moment to read the Artist Registration Information Below

  • Artists must register by 5:00 PM on the second Tuesday of the month to participate in that month’s Art Walk

  • Late registrations will not be placed and will be invited to participate in the following month

Check-In Requirement

  • All participating artists must check in at 1315 J Street between 3:30 – 4:30 PM on the day of Art Walk

  • At check-in, artists will receive:

    • An event-branded Artist Name Tag

    • Art Walk Maps for patron assistance

    • Raffle Tickets for purchasers to enter a drawing sponsored by a local business

  • All completed raffle tickets must be returned to 1315 J Street by 8:30 PM

    Easels & Artist Support

  • Each participating artist is provided one wooden easel at no cost

  • Easels must be picked up at Artist Check-In between 3:30 – 4:30 PM

  • Additional easels may be rented for $5 per easel (maximum of 3 per artist)

  • Requests for additional easels must be submitted by the second Monday of the month

  • All easels must be returned by 8:30 PM the evening of Art Walk

    Participation Support Contributions

  • Stanislaus Arts Council Artist Members: Participate at no additional cost
    Non-Members:
    $10 participation support contribution per Art Walk

Participation support contributions are nonrefundable.
